This case study focuses on the comprehensive redesign of The Coach Natalie's website. The project aimed to enhance user experience (UX), improve the user interface (UI), and establish a cohesive style guide to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. The redesign involved various phases, including user research, style guide development, UI/UX design, and iterative testing.




Even though The Coach Natalie was already an established product, it needed a fresh appearance to provide its intended benefits and assist users in easily navigating the website.


The lack of a coherent arrangement and smooth flow on the site posed navigation challenges for users, thereby increasing the risk of extended downtime for users interacting with the product.


One of the crucial aspects of the product was to onboard clients for coaching. This required a seamless and interactive flow to enable them to input all the necessary info needed to schedule their appointments.




The preexistence of this product played a pivotal role in enabling us to gather essential information directly from the previous version of the site. This information was then utilized to create user-friendly materials, benefiting both users and aspiring clients who intended to effortlessly schedule their appointments.


Brainstorming and gathering ideas to evaluate best methods to effect new changes on the product whilst maintaining keen importance on how users will interact with the new system easily.


Comparing the previous version and related products featuring similar objectives realign ways in which we could make the website stand out in terms of placing importance on the users.
